We are committed to your privacy. Venus AI does not collect, store, or share your personal data. All data generated by the Service is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. You retain full ownership and control of your data.

• modify or copy the application's source code;
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Venus AI;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Venus AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Venus AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the AI. The AI may produce incorrect or misleading information.

In no event shall Venus AI be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
